							Cinnamon Toasters Cookies
Looking for an easy-to-make dessert or after-school treat? We can't get enough of these cinnamon cookies made with Malt-O-Meal® Cinnamon Toasters® cereal! Thanks, Hip Mama's Place, for this yummy recipe!
					Ingredients
- 1 cup butter room temperature
 - ½ cup granulated sugar
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - ¾ teaspoon salt
 - 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
 - 2 teaspoon vanilla
 - 2 eggs
 - 2 cups flour
 - 2 cups Malt-O-Meal® Cinnamon Toasters® cereal crushed
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
 - Line baking sheet with parchment, set aside.
 - In bowl of stand mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
 - In bowl of stand mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
 - Turn mixer to low and mix in flour until just combined.
 - Finally add in crushed Malt-O-Meal® Cinnamon Toasters® cereal, mixing until evenly incorporated.
 - Scoop large mounds of dough onto baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
 - Bake for 8-9 minutes until edges begin to golden.
 - Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. If desired melt 1/2 cup of white chocolate in microwave in a zip-top bag and drizzle over cookies.
 - Enjoy the cookies!
