Crunchy Malt-O-Meal Cinnamon Toasters cereal coated in rich chocolate and peanut butter, then dusted with powdered sugar, turns this classic Puppy Chow into a sweet, cinnamon-spiced treat that’s perfect for snacking, sharing, or gifting.
Ingredients
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ⅔ cup peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 10 cups Malt-O-Meal Cinnamon Toasters Cereal
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
Instructions
- In a medium heatproof bowl, microwave chips, peanut butter, and butter on high 1 minute. Continue to microwave in 20-second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
- Pour cereal into a large bowl, then pour chocolate mixture over cereal. Gently toss until cereal is coated.
- Transfer chocolate-coated cereal to a large resealable plastic bag, then add confectioners' sugar and shake to coat. Pour puppy chow onto a large baking sheet and let cool 10 minutes.
