Ingredients 

For crust:

For cheesecake mousse:

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 6 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For pumpkin mousse:

  • 15 oz canned pumpkin
  • 2 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  1. To make crust, combine Honey Graham Toasters cereal, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a food processor. Set aside.
  2. To make cheesecake mousse, mix together Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
  3. To make pumpkin mousse, mix together pumpkin, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Set aside.
  4. In a food processor, mix 1 cup Honey Graham Toasters cereal for topping.
  5. Fill 3 jars with a layer of the crust mixture, a layer of the pumpkin mousse, a layer of the cheesecake mousse, and top with Honey Graham Toasters cereal topping.
