Ingredients
For crust:
- 1 cup Honey Graham Toasters cereal
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
For cheesecake mousse:
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 6 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For pumpkin mousse:
- 15 oz canned pumpkin
- 2 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- Pinch salt
For topping:
Instructions
- To make crust, combine Honey Graham Toasters cereal, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a food processor. Set aside.
- To make cheesecake mousse, mix together Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
- To make pumpkin mousse, mix together pumpkin, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Set aside.
- In a food processor, mix 1 cup Honey Graham Toasters cereal for topping.
- Fill 3 jars with a layer of the crust mixture, a layer of the pumpkin mousse, a layer of the cheesecake mousse, and top with Honey Graham Toasters cereal topping.
