Crust

  1. Combine cereal (no marshmallows) and sugar in a food processor.
  2. Add melted butter, process until combined into a crust texture, then spread evenly in a foil-lined 8" × 8" pan.
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes.

Cookie Dough

  1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add vanilla and salt, then slowly mix in flour until dough forms.
  3. Mix in marshmallows until combined, then layer evenly on top of crust in pan.

Frosting

  1. Beat butter and powdered sugar until combined, then mix in vanilla and salt, then marshmallows.
  2. Spread evenly on top of cookie dough layer in pan.
  3. Cut into squares and store in airtight container.
